You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Billing tab in your account settings and clicking "Cancel Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
To update your payment method, go to the Billing tab and click "Update" next to your current payment method. You can add a new credit card or update your existing information.
You can update your email address in the Contact Info tab. Make sure to verify your new email address when prompted to ensure you continue receiving important account notifications.
Check your Email Preferences tab to ensure job alerts are enabled. Also check your spam folder and add FlexJobs to your email whitelist. If you're still not receiving alerts, contact our support team.
